By accessing or using EBL Perfometer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions.

1. Use of the Application

EBL Perfometer is an internal performance monitoring and reporting platform designed for authorized users of Eastern Bank PLC. (EBL).

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

2. User Eligibility

Access to EBL Perfometer is restricted to authorized employees, officers, or designated personnel approved by EBL.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

3. User Responsibilities

By using EBL Perfometer, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access
• Not share login credentials with others
• Not upload false, misleading, or unauthorized data
• Comply with all internal EBL policies and guidelines
• Don’t take and share screenshots or photos of any page of the application
• Do not divulge any information with others

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access along with disciplinary actions.

4. Performance & Data Accuracy

The performance data, KPIs, dashboards, and reports displayed in EBL Perfometer are generated based on information provided through internal systems.

EBL does not guarantee that all data will always be accurate, complete, or up to date, and shall not be held responsible for decisions made solely based on app data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, logos, trademarks, and software related to EBL Perfometer are the exclusive property of Eastern Bank PLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the application without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of EBL Perfometer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the application, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

EBL Perfometer is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

EBL may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the application at any time without prior notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastern Bank PLC. shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from app usage
• Data inaccuracies or delays
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

9. Account Suspension & Termination

EBL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to EBL Perfometer without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated
• Unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected
• Required by regulatory or legal authorities

10. Changes to Terms

EBL reserves the rights to modify, amend, update or add new Terms & Conditions any time, at its sole and absolute discretion. Continued use of the application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
